Exceptional photography is practically a requirement to sell a home in today’s market full of savvy sellers and discerning buyers. But including professional real estate photography in your listing package goes beyond just selling a house, as excellent photos can work as marketing materials to help you take your real estate business to the next level and impress potential sellers—helping you secure listing after listing. Regardless of the size and elegance of the home you are selling, leasing, or renting, I can produce spectacular images to bring out the best in the property.

STUNNING IMAGES OF (NEARLY) ANY SPACE

When I provide photography work for interior design clients, I stick with a style that is similar to what you would find in home magazines, using the best of natural and artificial light to highlight the best parts of the home and property. However, when it comes to real estate photography, my style shifts to a decidedly more “light and bright” look. As a result, if you are looking for a superb combination of brilliant real estate photographs and classic images that you can not only use for the listing but could post on your website to show off your best listings for years to come, you have found the right photographer. My style allows me to attractively photograph nearly any space to make your property stand out in a crowded marketplace—and make your clients happy.

That said, I will be the first to tell you that not all homes can benefit from professional real estate photography. If the home you are selling is a fixer in major need of repairs or is exceptionally dirty inside, professional real estate photography is probably not needed. However, a good cleaning followed by a professional photography session will dramatically improve the desirability of the home—unless the home is a fixer that needs to be taken down to the studs.

PHOTOGRAPHIC TECHNIQUES

I employ several techniques in my real estate photography to produce images tailored specifically for the needs of my clients. Normally, I prefer to shoot a little less wide than some of the other professional real estate photographers in the area. It gives the shots a more artistic look while still showing off the details that the home has to offer. However, if you are a Realtor who likes the super wide angle shots, just let me know before I start shooting—I can absolutely accommodate your needs.

As for lighting, I can provide anything from natural images that present the home in an elegant manner to HDR images that are highly post-processed to give the space a distinct flashiness. If you have a specific style in mind, just tell me beforehand and I will work with you to develop a look that fits with your brand and highlights the best features of the space.

On the day of the photography session, we will do a quick walkthrough of the home and I will ask you if there are any standout features of the home and property that you would like me to highlight. From there, I will go room to room photographing the necessary amount of pictures to fully document the home. Please be sure to visit my Real Estate Photography Pricing page to see how many photographs I typically produce for a home of a certain size. After the session, all of my images are given post-production editing to remove any imperfections—just keep in mind that the law requires I cannot edit out certain features of the home.
