THE FINE PRINT

Payment is due at time of the photography session. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. There is a cancellation and rescheduling fee of $75 if you cancel less than 24 hours of the appointment time or the property is deemed unacceptable for photographing (by both client and photographer) at the time of arrival. There is no cancellation fee if we need to reschedule due to inclement weather. I cannot move furniture or provide any staging services. A travel fee applies for locations outside of Orange County. Your hiring of Eric Norton Photography is contingent on acceptance of the full Real Estate Photography Agreement.
